What’s included in the license?
Each paid license includes the plugin, activation key, and 12 months of updates and support from CorteX Solutions. After the first year you can renew support & updates at a lower annual fee, while keeping your existing version active even if you don’t renew.
Can I start with one branch and upgrade later?
Yes. You can buy a Single Branch license first and later upgrade to a Branch Pack or Enterprise plan by paying only the difference. We’ll help you migrate license keys so your data and tickets stay intact.
Is training or setup included?
Remote onboarding (via Zoom + WhatsApp) is included for all plans. For larger shops we can quote separate on-site training, custom reports, or migration from your old system / books.
